Structure
The
villa and
two bungalows
are located northwest
of the island,
near the village
of Andrekareka
Be,
known for
its pottery.
The Lodge is nestled
in the
heart of
tropical vegetation,
overlooking the
sea and the sunset, just
a few meters
from a
small white
sand beach.
Below
the houses,
and overlooking
the sea, you
will have a
terrace dedicated
to relaxation.
This terrace shaded until mid afternoon is perfect for enjoying breakfast or enjoy the lunch we will cook based on local products.
In
the villa,
a huge
communal terrace of
90m² parked,
furnished with valuable
tropical woods will
be the
ideal place for
aperitifs and
dinner.
For
your nights,
two bungalows, wedding of
the famous granite
of the island and
valuable timber,
are each
32m ².
They include
a ventilated double bedroom, a bathroom with
hot water and
a small private
terrace overlooking
the sea. Electricity is 24/24,
which combined
with the fan
built into the
net, ensures
cool nights, even
during hot
season.
A
few yards
down the
beach and
a little
bit further
the reef
will allow you to swim
or snorkel.
The lodge has its own water supply. A source at altitude is captured, stored in a pool and then distributed by gravity to all homes. A solar water heater supplies bathrooms and showers to ensure the desired temperature.
The
self-generated electricity
is produced by a
solar power plant.
Electricity is
this 24/24. Charging
of camera and phones
is possible
at any time.
However the
system is
not designed for
large appliances and
hair dryers and
other appliances
electric resistance are
prohibited.
Facing Hell City we capture all GSM phone networks (Orange, Airtel, Telma) and Internet. At your request we provide our Internet connection.
Life
on an
island has that exotic that a
minimum of transport
must be
ensured by
the sea !
The lodge
is equipped
with a
small motor
boat that
will transport up
to 6 people quickly
anywhere in
the bay. But our lodge is
also served
by the network of "motorized
canoes" of the
island. They link
Nosy-Be
and depart
daily at
6:30 am to
return at
noon.
It is an
easy and
inexpensive way
to get
into town.
It is
also possible
if a
larger or
faster boat was necessary to
rent this
type of boat from
one of
our partners.
